As Bk Traders deals in mobile phones and related electronic products, returns are available only for manufacturing defects or issues present at the time of delivery. Products damaged after use or due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Bk Traders will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request.
